Hello and welcome to my channel. My name is Dan Powers. Mid 2018 I decided to get fit due to desk job for 20 odd years and this has quickly turned into Strength Training. While looking after my new baby boy it seemed like a good idea to stream the training sessions. I have always felt strong so after awhile the love of Strength Training has grown. Most important to me is being able to train the next day.
